Non-Surgical Nose Job · Liquid Rhinoplasty, Mayfair, London

Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty London – Nose Filler by Dr Nish Shah MD, Specialist with 6,000+ Cases, Mayfair

Non-surgical rhinoplasty reshapes the nose with precisely placed, reversible HA filler instead of surgery — straightening a bump, lifting a drooping tip or building a flat bridge in 15–20 minutes, with results visible immediately and lasting 12–18 months. It does not make the nose bigger: a straightened bridge and lifted tip read as smaller and lighter, which is why most patients describe the result as their nose “finally looking right”. At Medisha Clinic it is performed only by Dr Nish Shah MD — a medically trained doctor and a specialist in non-surgical rhinoplasty, Brand Ambassador & Key Opinion Leader for dermal fillers, and the international trainer who teaches this procedure to other doctors — using The Medisha Method™, his own four-step deep-plane protocol, across 6,000+ non-surgical rhinoplasties.

Immediate, visible reshaping the moment the filler is placed — no surgery, no scarring, no general anaesthetic

Performed personally by Dr Nish Shah MD — 30,000+ non-surgical treatments, non-surgical rhinoplasty specialist, Brand Ambassador & KOL for dermal fillers, and the trainer who teaches this procedure to doctors internationally — 6,000+ cases and never delegated

The Medisha Method™ — deep on-bone placement, small, checked deposits, reversible HA filler, hyaluronidase in the room

Results lasting 12–18 months, with the final settled shape visible at 2 weeks

Back to normal life within 24–48 hours — most patients return to work the same or next day

£450 fixed and not limited by filler volume — as much filler as a complete result needs, plus a 4-week review with any refinement included; £50 consultation redeemable against treatment

The Procedure

What Is Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty?

Non-surgical rhinoplasty (liquid rhinoplasty, non-surgical nose job, nose filler — sometimes the ‘15-minute nose job’) is the reshaping of the nose using small, precisely placed deposits of hyaluronic acid dermal filler rather than surgery. The filler is placed deep, directly on the nasal bone and cartilage, where it acts as structural scaffolding. Nothing is removed. The profile is corrected by adding height where it is missing and support where it is needed.

Because it works by camouflage and support, the technique excels at the three concerns patients most often bring to a rhinoplasty consultation: a bump on the bridge (straightened by lifting the bridge line above and below the bump), a drooping tip (lifted and rotated by supporting the strip of tissue between the nostrils and tip), and a flat or low bridge (built up for definition and projection). It also corrects mild asymmetry and smooths irregularities left by previous surgery. What it cannot do is make the nose smaller or correct breathing — those remain surgical problems, and Dr Nish will say so at consultation. What it will not do, when performed correctly, is make the nose look bigger: the eye judges nasal size by the line of the bridge and the angle of the tip, so a straight profile and a lifted tip consistently read as a smaller, lighter nose even though a fraction of a millilitre has been added.

The result: a reshaped nose the moment the procedure ends, in 15–20 minutes, with no anaesthetic beyond numbing cream, a return to normal life within 24–48 hours, and results lasting 12–18 months — fully reversible with hyaluronidase at any time. It is also the only way to see a straightened profile on your own face before deciding whether surgery is ever necessary — and for most patients it turns out not to be. At Medisha Clinic the procedure is performed exclusively by Dr Nish Shah MD — a specialist in non-surgical rhinoplasty, Brand Ambassador & Key Opinion Leader for dermal fillers, and the international trainer who teaches this procedure to other doctors — using The Medisha Method™.

The Technique

The Medisha Method™
— Why the Nose Demands a Specialist

The Medisha Method is Dr Nish Shah’s four-step protocol for non-surgical rhinoplasty: three-angle profile mapping, deep on-bone placement, small, checked deposits delivery, and live multi-angle recontouring — using reversible HA filler with hyaluronidase in the room. It exists because the nose has the most dangerous vascular anatomy of any filler area on the face: the arteries of the nose run within millimetres of the injection sites and connect to the artery that supplies the eye supplying the eye. It is the same protocol Dr Nish teaches to doctors internationally as Senior International Clinical Trainer at Derma Medical.

  • Step 1 — Three-angle profile mapping. The nose is assessed and marked from the front, three-quarter and true profile, with the chin and brow in frame, so the correction is planned against the whole face rather than the nose in isolation. This is the step most general injectors skip.
  • Step 2 — Deep, on-bone placement. Filler is placed in the deep layer directly on the bone and cartilage — beneath the vessels, directly on bone and cartilage — which gives a firmer, longer-lasting structural result and keeps the needle out of the vascular layer.
  • Step 3 — Small, checked deposits. Every deposit is checked first and delivered slowly in small volumes, so that an injection into a blood vessel is detected before it happens and can never be forced under pressure.
  • Step 4 — Live multi-angle recontouring. After each deposit the profile is re-checked from all three angles and in daylight, and the next deposit is planned from what the face now shows — sculpting progressively rather than injecting a pre-set volume.
  • Reversible HA filler only, hyaluronidase in the room. A firm, cohesive premium HA filler — from the global manufacturer for whom Dr Nish is Brand Ambassador — selected specifically for the nose holds shape and projection because it is hyaluronic acid it can be dissolved completely. Dr Nish never uses permanent or semi-permanent filler in the nose.
  • Performed only by the specialist who trains doctors. Dr Nish Shah MD is the Senior International Clinical Trainer at Derma Medical, teaching nasal filler technique and complication management to qualified medical professionals. Complication recognition is a medical skill. It cannot be delegated.

Six Questions to Ask Any Clinic
Before Nose Filler

Several of London’s best-known nose-filler clinics are led by nurse prescribers or general injectors rather than specialists, and some charge more than Medisha for it. Before you book anywhere — including here — ask these six questions. The answers separate a safe, specialist result from a lucky one.

1. Is the person performing my procedure an absolute specialist in non-surgical rhinoplasty — not a general injector? At Medisha: yes. Dr Nish Shah MD is a specialist in non-surgical rhinoplasty, Brand Ambassador & Key Opinion Leader for dermal fillers, and the international trainer who teaches this procedure to other doctors, and the creator of The Medisha Method™.

2. Is that person a medically trained doctor? At Medisha: yes — Dr Nish Shah MD, every time.

3. Is hyaluronidase prepared in the room, and has the injector used it? At Medisha: yes, at every appointment, and Dr Nish teaches its use to other doctors.

4. Is the filler reversible hyaluronic acid — never permanent? At Medisha: reversible premium HA only.

5.Is the filler placed deep on bone, checking each deposit is clear of blood vessels, in small low-pressure deposits? At Medisha: yes — steps 2 and 3 of The Medisha Method™.

6. Is the price fixed regardless of volume, with a review included? At Medisha: £450, not limited by filler quantity, 4-week review and refinement included, £50 consultation redeemable against it.

Nose Reshaping Options Compared

HA Filler vs Nose Threads vs Permanent Filler vs Surgery

Patients researching a non-surgical nose job in London will encounter four options. The differences in safety, reversibility and result are significant — and only one of them is used at Medisha Clinic.

HA Filler — At Medisha

  • Reversible hyaluronic acid, dissolvable in hours
  • Immediate, precise, adjustable result
  • Corrects hump, tip, bridge and asymmetry
  • 12–18 month duration
  • Performed only by a doctor, with hyaluronidase on site
  • £450 all-inclusive

Nose Thread Lift (PDO)

  • Threads inserted along the bridge or into the tip
  • Can lift the tip modestly. Cannot fill a hump
  • Higher rates of thread visibility, extrusion and infection in the nose
  • Not reversible once placed
  • Typically 6–12 months
  • Not offered for the nose at Medisha for safety reasons

Permanent / Semi-Permanent Filler

  • Silicone, PMMA or calcium-based products
  • Cannot be dissolved if placed incorrectly
  • A blocked blood vessel cannot be reversed with hyaluronidase
  • Higher long-term nodule and migration risk
  • Complicates any future surgery
  • Never used at Medisha

Surgical Rhinoplasty

  • The only option that makes a nose smaller
  • Corrects a bent septum and breathing
  • General anaesthetic, 2–4 weeks downtime
  • Permanent. Revision surgery ~10–15%
  • Final result at 12 months
  • £7,000–£15,000 in London

At Medisha Clinic every non-surgical rhinoplasty uses premium reversible HA filler exclusively, placed using The Medisha Method™ by a specialist in the procedure. Dr Nish will advise honestly at consultation whether filler, surgery, or a combination with chin filler (profile balancing) is right for your anatomy.

What It Corrects

What Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty
Can Correct at Medisha Clinic

One fixed price of £450 covers any combination of the corrections below in a single session. Chin and jaw can be added as the Profile Balancing Package from £750.

Dorsal Hump (Bump)

The most common and most transformative correction. Filler above and below the bump raises the bridge line so the profile reads as straight. Immediate, and the longest-lasting correction because the bridge barely moves.

Drooping or Hooked Tip

A tip that points downward — or drops when you smile — is supported at the strip of tissue between the nostrils and tip-defining points to lift and rotate it, opening the angle between nose and lip for a lighter, more refined look.

Flat or Low Bridge

Builds height and definition on a low top of the nose or flat bridge, common in East Asian, South Asian, Middle Eastern and African-Caribbean patients. Creates a defined bridge line from brow to tip.

Asymmetry & Mild Deviation

Small deposits fill the concave side of a mildly crooked bridge so the nose reads straighter from the front. Suitable for cosmetic deviation, not for a bent septum affecting breathing.

Post-Surgical Refinement

Smooths irregularities, a residual bump, a saddle or an over-rotated tip after a previous rhinoplasty — frequently the best route to refinement without a second operation. Assessed case by case.

Profile Balancing – from £750

Nose, chin and jawline treated together. A recessed chin makes any nose look larger. Projecting it can shrink the apparent size of the nose without touching it. Dr Nish’s signature approach to the profile.

Suitability

Am I A Good Candidate
For Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty?

Non-surgical rhinoplasty works best for a bump, a drooping tip, a low bridge or mild asymmetry in a patient with good nasal skin and no functional breathing problem. Dr Nish — a specialist in non-surgical rhinoplasty, Brand Ambassador & Key Opinion Leader for dermal fillers, and the international trainer who teaches this procedure to other doctors — will assess your anatomy, skin and medical history in full at consultation.

Good Candidates

  • A bump on the bridge or bump you would like straightened in profile
  • A drooping, hooked or downward-pointing tip
  • A flat or low bridge lacking definition or projection
  • Mild asymmetry or a slight cosmetic deviation
  • Irregularities after a previous rhinoplasty (assessed individually)
  • Wanting to preview a straightened profile before deciding on surgery

May Not Be Suitable

  • Wanting the nose made smaller or the nostrils narrower — only surgery removes tissue
  • Breathing difficulty or a bent septum — a functional problem needs a surgical opinion
  • Extensive or recent nasal surgery with compromised blood supply
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding
  • Active infection, cold sore or inflammatory skin condition on the nose

The best way to know is a consultation with Dr Nish. He will assess your anatomy and goals in person and give you an honest recommendation — including a referral for surgery if that is the better answer. The consultation is £50, redeemable in full against treatment, with no obligation to proceed. If you are suitable and would like to go ahead, treatment can be performed the same day and the £50 comes off your £450.

Step by step

The Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty Process

Every non-surgical rhinoplasty at Medisha Clinic follows The Medisha Method™ — the protocol Dr Nish teaches to other doctors internationally.

01

Medical Consultation

Dr Nish assesses the nose from the front, three-quarter and profile views, examines the skin and any previous surgery, discusses exactly what filler can and cannot achieve for your anatomy, and agrees a treatment plan. No treatment is performed without this step.

02

Pre-Treatment Preparation

The skin is cleansed with antiseptic and the injection points marked. You are asked to avoid alcohol, aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil and vitamin E for 5–7 days beforehand to reduce bruising, and to disclose any previous nasal procedures.

03

Anaesthetic

Topical anaesthetic is applied for 20–30 minutes. An under-eye or dental nerve block is available on request, and the filler itself contains lidocaine. Most patients describe pressure rather than pain.

04

Precision Filler Placement — The Medisha Method™

Premium reversible HA filler is placed deep on bone and cartilage in small, small, slow, checked deposits using a fine needle or cannula, following the four steps of The Medisha Method™. Dr Nish reshapes progressively, re-checking the profile from three angles after each deposit. Placement takes 10–15 minutes.

05

Immediate Assessment

The result is reviewed from every angle and in daylight before you leave. Any final refinement is made on the day. You receive written aftercare and Dr Nish’s direct contact number for the first 48 hours.

06

Complimentary 4-Week Review

Swelling has fully settled and the true result is visible. Dr Nish reviews the shape with you and makes any minor adjustment at no extra charge, then advises when a top-up may be worthwhile — usually 12–18 months later.

Aftercare

Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty Aftercare — What to Expect

Mild swelling and redness for 24–72 hours is normal and some patients bruise for 5–10 days. The shape is visible immediately and is considered final at two weeks. Contact Dr Nish immediately if you notice skin blanching or dusky mottling, disproportionate pain, or any change in vision — these are the warning signs that require same-day assessment.

Do

  • Sleep on your back with your head slightly raised for the first 2 nights
  • Apply a cool (not frozen) compress gently for the first 24 hours
  • Take paracetamol for any discomfort (avoid ibuprofen and aspirin for 48 hours)
  • Use contact lenses, or tape glasses to the forehead so they do not rest on the bridge
  • Keep the area clean and apply SPF once healed
  • Attend your complimentary 4-week review

Avoid for 2 weeks

  • Glasses or sunglasses resting on the bridge of the nose
  • Sleeping face-down or on your side against the nose
  • Facials, massage, microneedling or any pressure on the nose
  • Saunas, steam rooms, hot yoga and sunbeds
  • Strenuous exercise and alcohol (first 48 hours)
  • Blowing the nose forcefully or squeezing the tip

Clinical Evidence

What the Research Shows

Non-surgical rhinoplasty with hyaluronic acid is supported by a substantial peer-reviewed literature. The evidence consistently points to two conclusions: high patient satisfaction, and a safety profile that depends on who is injecting.

Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery

Large case series of hyaluronic-acid nasal reshaping report patient satisfaction above 90% with results maintained at 12–18 months, and complication rates below 1% when performed by physicians using deep, checked, low-volume technique.

Aesthetic Surgery Journal

Reviews of filler-related blindness identify the nasal region as the single highest-risk site on the face, and conclude that physician-level vascular anatomy training and immediate hyaluronidase availability are the critical determinants of safe practice.

JAMA Facial Plastic Surgery

Patient-reported outcome studies show improvements in nasal appearance satisfaction and psychosocial wellbeing after non-surgical rhinoplasty comparable to surgical rhinoplasty in appropriately selected patients, with a fraction of the recovery time.

Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty FAQ — Answered by Dr Nish Shah

Medically written and reviewed by Dr Nish Shah MD — Medical Director, Medisha Clinic · Senior International Clinical Trainer, Derma Medical · Brand Ambassador & KOL for Dermal Fillers · Last reviewed 19 September 2026

Non-surgical rhinoplasty — also called a liquid nose job, non-surgical nose job or nose filler — reshapes the nose using small, precisely placed deposits of hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal filler instead of surgery. The filler is placed deep, directly on the nasal bone and cartilage (the deep layer directly on the bone and cartilage), where it acts as structural scaffolding: adding height above and below a bump to straighten the profile, supporting the tip to lift and rotate it, building projection on a flat bridge, or filling a depression to correct asymmetry. Nothing is removed. The technique works by camouflage and support, which is why it is so effective for bumps, drooping tips and low bridges but cannot make a nose smaller. Results are visible the moment the procedure ends, last 12–18 months, and can be fully dissolved with hyaluronidase at any time. At Medisha Clinic the procedure takes 15–20 minutes and is performed personally by Dr Nish Shah MD, a medically trained doctor, Brand Ambassador and Key Opinion Leader for dermal fillers, and an international trainer in non-surgical rhinoplasty.

At Medisha Clinic in Mayfair, non-surgical rhinoplasty costs £450 — a single, fixed, all-inclusive price. That covers the procedure using premium reversible HA filler, the immediate multi-angle assessment, and a complimentary 4-week review at which any minor refinement is included at no extra charge. The consultation with Dr Nish is £50, fully redeemable against treatment, so if you go ahead, the consultation costs nothing and your total is £450. There are no other charges. For patients who want the chin and jaw balanced at the same time as the nose, the Profile Balancing Package combines all three in one session from £750 (2ml) to £1,500 (5ml). Every treatment is performed by Dr Nish Shah MD at 58 South Molton Street, Mayfair, London W1K 5SL, three minutes from Bond Street station.

Because the nose is the highest-risk area on the face for filler. The the arteries of the nose run within millimetres of the injection sites and connect (connect with the artery that supplies the eye that supplies the eye. If filler enters one of these vessels it can block blood flow, causing loss of skin from a blocked blood supply, and. In rare but well-documented cases in the peer-reviewed literature — permanent visual loss through filler travelling back along a vessel to the eye. Managing that risk requires four things a non-medical injector cannot reliably offer: detailed knowledge of nasal vascular anatomy and the safe injection planes. Drawing back on the syringe before every deposit and injecting slowly in tiny amounts. The ability to recognise a blocked blood vessel in the first minutes, and immediate access to and competence with hyaluronidase to dissolve the filler on the spot. Dr Nish Shah is a medically trained doctor, a specialist in non-surgical rhinoplasty, Brand Ambassador and Key Opinion Leader for dermal fillers. The Senior International Clinical Trainer at Derma Medical, where he teaches these exact safety protocols — codified as The Medisha Method — to other doctors. Hyaluronidase is kept on site at Medisha for every rhinoplasty appointment. Saving £100 on a nose filler with an injector who cannot manage a blocked artery is not a saving.

Results at Medisha Clinic typically last 12–18 months. The nose is a low-movement area, so filler placed deep on bone and cartilage is broken down more slowly than filler in mobile areas such as the lips. Longevity depends on the specific filler chosen (a firmer, firm, cohesive premium HA product is used for the nose), the volume placed, your metabolic rate, and lifestyle factors such as intense cardiovascular exercise and sun exposure. The bridge tends to hold longest. The tip, which moves more, may soften slightly sooner. Many patients find a small top-up at 12–18 months restores the full result, and repeat treatments often last longer because some structural filler persists. If you would prefer to return to your natural nose at any point, the filler can be dissolved completely with hyaluronidase.

Yes — correcting a bump on the bridge is the single most common and most effective use of non-surgical rhinoplasty. Filler is placed above the bump at the top of the nose between the brows (the root of the nose between the brows) and below it at the area just above the tip. So the bridge line is raised to the level of the bump and the profile becomes straight. The bump itself is not removed. It is camouflaged so convincingly that in most patients it is no longer visible in profile. The change is immediate and often dramatic. It is the correction that most frequently produces an emotional reaction in the mirror because the nasal bridge is a low-movement area, this correction also tends to be the longest-lasting. For very large humps, Dr Nish will be honest at consultation about how much straightening is achievable without the bridge appearing too high from the front.

The Medisha Method is Dr Nish Shah’s four-step protocol for non-surgical rhinoplasty, used on every nose treated at Medisha Clinic and taught by him to other doctors internationally. Step one is three-angle profile mapping: the nose is assessed and marked from the front, three-quarter and true profile with the chin and brow in frame. So the correction is planned against the whole face rather than the nose in isolation. Step two is deep on-bone placement: filler goes into the deep layer directly on the bone and cartilage, beneath the vessels and directly on bone and cartilage, for a firmer, longer-lasting and safer result. Step three is small, checked deposits delivery: every deposit is checked first and delivered slowly in small volumes so an injection into a blood vessel is detected before it happens. Step four is live multi-angle recontouring: after each deposit the profile is re-checked from all three angles and in daylight. The next deposit is planned from what the face now shows — sculpting progressively rather than injecting a pre-set volume. The protocol uses reversible HA filler only, with hyaluronidase prepared in the room. It is why the £450 price is not limited by volume: the end point is a balanced profile, not a number of millilitres.

Yes, fully. Hyaluronic acid filler is dissolved by hyaluronidase, an enzyme that breaks HA down within hours. This gives non-surgical rhinoplasty a safety advantage no surgical procedure can match: in the rare event of a vascular complication it can be reversed immediately. If you simply change your mind the nose can be returned to its original shape within a few days. It also means the procedure works as a genuine preview — patients considering surgical rhinoplasty can see a straightened profile or lifted tip on their own face before committing to an irreversible operation. Dr Nish uses only reversible HA filler for the nose and never permanent or semi-permanent fillers, which cannot be dissolved and carry a far higher complication profile in this area.

No. Not when it is placed correctly, and this is the question almost every patient asks. The eye does not judge the size of a nose by its volume. It judges it by the line of the bridge in profile, the angle of the tip, and how light falls across the bridge. A bump breaks that line and draws attention. A drooping tip lengthens the nose visually. A low bridge makes the tip look rounded by comparison. Non-surgical rhinoplasty corrects each of those with a fraction of a millilitre of filler placed deep on bone, and the consistent result is a nose that reads as straighter, lighter and smaller — even though nothing has been removed. Dr Nish has performed 6,000+ non-surgical rhinoplasties, and the commonest thing patients say at the mirror is that the nose ‘finally looks right’, not ‘bigger’. Where filler does make a nose look bigger it is because too much was used, it was placed too superficially, or the wrong patient was treated, which is why Dr Nish declines to treat a genuinely large nose with filler and refers for surgery instead. If you are ever unhappy, the filler dissolves completely with hyaluronidase.

Most patients rate it as mild pressure and brief stinging rather than pain. Topical anaesthetic is applied for 20–30 minutes beforehand, an under-eye or dental block is available on request, and the filler itself contains lidocaine. Downtime is minimal: the new shape is visible immediately, you can return to work the same or next day, and any swelling or bruising at the injection points usually settles within 3–7 days. The result is considered final at two weeks. For the first two weeks avoid glasses or sunglasses resting on the bridge (use tape or contact lenses), avoid sleeping face-down, and avoid facials, massage or pressure on the nose. For 24–48 hours avoid vigorous exercise, alcohol and heat (saunas, steam rooms, hot yoga).

Often yes, but with extra caution. Surgical rhinoplasty disrupts the normal nasal blood supply and leaves scar tissue, so the safe injection planes are less predictable and the risk of a blocked blood vessel is higher than in an unoperated nose. Dr Nish assesses every previously operated nose individually — how extensive the surgery was, how long ago, what grafts were used, and the current state of the skin, and uses smaller volumes and cannula technique where appropriate. Filler is frequently the best way to smooth post-surgical irregularities, camouflage a residual bump or refine a slightly over-rotated tip without a second operation. Full disclosure of all previous nasal procedures at consultation is essential.

In appropriately trained medical hands it is safe, but it is the filler procedure with the narrowest margin for error. Expected, temporary effects: mild swelling and redness for 24–72 hours. Bruising in some patients for 5–10 days. Tenderness for a day or two. Uncommon risks: asymmetry (assessed and adjusted at the 4-week review). A bluish tinge (blue tint under the skin) if filler is placed too superficially — dissolvable. Infection (rare with sterile technique), and a blocked blood vessel. The serious risk that makes doctor-only treatment non-negotiable, minimised by deep on-bone placement, checking for blood vessels, small low-pressure deposits, reversible HA filler and on-site hyaluronidase. Warning signs after treatment are blanching or dusky mottling of the skin, disproportionate pain, or any visual disturbance: Dr Nish gives every patient a direct contact number and these require immediate assessment.

Three verifiable reasons. First, the specialist: every treatment is performed personally by Dr Nish Shah MD — a medically trained doctor with 6,000+ non-surgical rhinoplasties, the Senior International Clinical Trainer at Derma Medical (the UK’s No.1 aesthetics training academy) who teaches non-surgical rhinoplasty technique and complication management to other doctors internationally, Brand Ambassador and Key Opinion Leader for dermal fillers with a global manufacturer, and creator of The Medisha Method. The four-step protocol used on every nose treated at Medisha. Second, the product: only premium, reversible HA filler from a global manufacturer for whom Dr Nish is Brand Ambassador, selected specifically for nasal use, with hyaluronidase on site at every appointment. Third, the process: a fixed £450 all-inclusive price, a multi-angle assessment before you leave, and a complimentary 4-week review with any refinement included. Medisha Clinic is rated 5 stars across 128 Google reviews and is located at 58 South Molton Street, Mayfair, London W1K 5SL, three minutes from Bond Street station, with a second location in Marylebone.
